chardonnay_bt-color.jpg

In the cool climates of the Argentine region, Chardonnay has started to create a presence and in the late 1990's became second most harvested grape in Argentina (second only to the Torrontes). More than almost any other grape, Chardonnay responds to the different climatic conditions and to the winemaker's art. Ferllen Winery Chardonnay is a great pair to grilled, smoked or baked white fish, shellfish, savory salads, roasted chicken or other white meats and is perfect for any soft cheese and fruit desserts. The varietal makes contact with French and American oak for 6 months attributing to its elegant taste.
